Jagson airlines starts Dornier flights

New Delhi: Ahead of launching its national operations, Jagson Airlines today started its Dornier flights linking Pondicherry to Chennai, Bangalore and Tirupati.
The airline would operate return flights six days a week to all these destinations from Pondicherry, where commercial aviation operations were re-launched after a gap of 15 years.
The inaugural flight of the Dornier 228 was today flagged off from Pondicherry by Lt Governor M M Lakhera, according to an airline release here.
Jagson President and CEO U K Bose said these flights, which were a joint effort by the airline and Pondicherry government, have been launched on the basis of an MoU signed between the two partues earlier this year.
