7 RCR security lapse: Sahara sacks air-hostesses

New Delhi: Private carrier Air Sahara on Friday sacked two of its air-hostesses who were involved in a security breach at the official residence of Prime Minister Manmohan Singh in New Delhi.
The two air-hostesses had been grounded in June on charges of indiscipline and absenteeism, Air Sahara officials said.
The two air-hostesses, Yogita and Veena on Thursday had drove in a luxury car into the premises of the Prime Minister's residence, along with a male friend, Imran.
According to Air Sahara sources, both had been recruited in September last year. However, they had been suspended and not put on duty since June this year.
