Macau: The Indian budget carrier, SpiceJet, is planning to add three new destinations to its international flight network, including Macau and Bangkok. According to Indian media, adding new destinations is part of the airline’s overseas expansion plans.
The budget carrier company, based in Chennai, is due to launch flights to Macau, Bangkok and Muscat, the capital of Oman, the news agency Press Trust of India (PTI) reported yesterday. An airline source stated, “We are all set to expand our overseas operations; as part of this, we plan to launch flight services to Bangkok, Muscat and Macau.”
Furthermore, the three suggested flights are due to be launched within the summer schedule, which in India can start in late March and last until October. “We are quite steady on our international operations expansion,” an airline source told the news agency.
