Twitterati unhappy with minister's 'biased' response to Rahul Bose's Air India complaint

Bollywood actor Rahul Bose couldn't have asked for a better birthday gift.
MoS Civil Aviation Jayant Sinha today tweeted a promising action in response to Rahul Bose's one and half months old complaint on Air India.
On June 16 Rahul Bose, complaining about an Air India flight, had tweeted  "Broken seat controls, broken hand rests, broken headphones, no flat beds. As a staunch #AirIndia supporter, time to say a broken goodbye."

Interestingly Air India, criticised for ignoring customer complaints more often than not, had replied to the celebrity on June 16 itself.
"Hi Rahul, we are sorry to hear this. Kindly DM us your flt details, seat no. & date of travel for a corrective action," the airline tweeted.
So it was a surprise for many when Harvard educated Jayant Sinha who has recently taken charge as MoS Aviation responded to the actor's complaint over 40 days later.
Twitterati went into a frenzy terming his actions a celebrity bias.
"I think observing internet etiquette can save embarrassment for everyone. Like we are in offline world, we should be careful in online world", said Faisal Farooqui, CEO of Mouthshut.com on the Twitter controversy.
While Modi government  has many social media savvy ministers including the PM himself and external affairs minister Sushma Swaraj, there have been some misfires too.
Some like Venkaiah Naidu have used twitter to pull up national carrier recently.
Recently Venkaiah Naidu had vented his anger over a delayed flight due to which he missed an appointment.
