Air taxi service begins from Indore city

After a gap of one and half years, the inter-state air taxi service began from the city airport on Friday. Currently, this service is available for Bhopal and Ahmedabad routes. Maiden flights witnessed full capacity.

There has been a persistent demand for air service from the city for these routes and GSEC Aviation is currently offering the service.

Flights for these two routes would be available for three days— Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Talking to Free Press Shaishav Shah, Director GSEC Aviation, said that the service was rolled-out in an informal manner on Friday morning for Ahmadabad. Subsequent, rounds of flights continued as per the schedule. Briefing about the responses, he said that all flights got good response from passengers. He further said that the company would increase the frequency of flights in future once both the load factor and demand increases.
