On October 29, 2016, Singapore Airlines proudly celebrates its 30th year of operations in Kolkata. It launched two weekly services to Kolkata with the Airbus A310 on October 29, 1986. Today, Singapore Airlines operates four weekly services to Kolkata on the Airbus A330. Combined with its regional wing – SilkAir, it offers seven weekly services to Singapore from Kolkata.
On this important milestone, Singapore Airlines is offering up to 30% discount on Business Class and Economy Class fares from Kolkata, with all-inclusive return fares starting from INR 72,700 and INR 26,200 per person respectively. The fares (subject to terms and conditions) to Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, China, Japan, Indonesia, USA, New Zealand, South Africa, Taiwan, Vietnam and Korea are available on sale from October 14 - November 30, 2016, for the travel period of October 14 - December 15, 2016.Additionally, passengers would be eligible for a complimentary$20 Changi Voucher which is redeemable at participating shopping, dining and lounge outlets at Singapore Changi Airport.
