Eight Men Arrested for Entering Mumbai's Domestic Airport with Fake Air Tickets

The Airport police arrested eight men, working for a tours & travels agency, for allegedly trespassing into the domestic airport premises with fake tickets of an airline, to assist their customers who were to take a flight to Udaipur.

Even as they managed to bluff the security guard and got in, they were caught by the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) while coming out of the Airport premises.

According to the airport police, the incident took place on Sunday afternoon. The eight men where assisting about 180 foreigners who were their customers and had come to travel India.

However, in a bid to save money and cut the time consuming process of buying passes, they made fake tickets of Indigo Airlines for flying to Delhi.

However, once the foreigners took the flight, the eight accused tried to get out. While trying to exit, they were detained by the CISF who verified their claims and checked their tickets with the Indigo airlines.
