In a boost for seaplane services from Mumbai and elsewhere to Nashik, the Bombay high court has dismissed a PIL which claimed that it would cause water pollution and affect flora and fauna around the Gangapur dam in Nashik.
A bench headed by Justice Vidyasagar Kanade heard a petition filed by Jitendra Bhabhe and another person, objecting to the scheme introduced to provide seaplane services in the Gangapur dam.
