In what can be considered another blot on Chennai Airport , a glass ceiling fell off today for the 74th time this year.
This was the 74th time an accident of this nature has taken place in Chennai Airport.
Initial reports suggest the incident took place near Entry No 4 of the Chennai Airport.
What's shocking is there have been 73 such instances in the past, forcing the National Human Rights Commission or NHRC to take duo MOTU cognizance.
Later, a team from the Ministry of Civil Aviation investigated the airport and asked to take corrective steps
NHRC is a scathing remark said such incidents are 'threat to life'.
But today's incident once again goes on to prove little has been done on ground to avert such incidents that can be life threatening.
