Air Show To Add Wings To Global Trade Show

Two huge outdoor exhibitions areas, one portraying traditional India where physically challenged artisans and those from poor socio-economic backgrounds will display their artifacts as the other showcasing modern India with the country’s defence forces displaying their capabilities will be the highlight of the Global Trade Show to be kick-started by Prime Minister on January 9. Modern India exhibition area will have the Army, Air Force, BSF and others displaying their capabilities with tanks, aircraft models and various artillery. ISRO will also be highlighting its space projects.

Traditional India exhibition area will have about a 100 stalls with women, physically challenged, SC, ST and other artisans will exhibit their artifacts. Preparations for the Global Trade Show are on a war footing and with barricading the areas and preparations on at a brisk pace. Tourism and civil aviation principal secretary S J Haider who has been tasked with the responsibility of the Global Trade Show said, “We are making all efforts to make the show a grand success.
