VIP protocol heat on airline staffer

Aurangabad: Commissioner of police Amitesh Kumar has summoned the airport director, CISF authorities and station manager of private airline Trujet after some senior bureaucrats and members of the judiciary raised objection over the latter's alleged arrogance and misbehaviour.
During a meeting held at the police commissionerate, Kumar asked all concerned to ensure proper adherence of protocol during VIP movement. The senior police officer said though there were no complaints against station managers of the other two airlines operating from the city-based airport, their authorities have been asked to doubly ensure maintenance of protocol during VIP movement.
Kumar told TOI, "After the matter was brought to our notice, we called a meeting of all concerned parties involved in civil aviation. Most of the time, senior bureaucrats and members of the judiciary fly while on official duties. Any instance of they being mistreated by airline staffers is uncalled for."
