RGIA on high alert

Hyderabad: In the backdrop of central intelligence agencies' alert about possibility of Pakistani nationals sneaking into India to carry out subversive activities, major airports, including Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (RGIA) has been put on a high alert.
Following this, the security staff at the airport is on the toes. While the internal security of the airport is take care of by the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), the external security is provided by Cyberabad police. Anti-terror commando force — OCTOPUS — has been deployed outside the airport for the past several months for any eventuality.
