Jaipur: The customs officials at Jaipur International Airport on Sunday nabbed a passenger on an international flight with saffron and foreign cigarettes worth over Rs 20 lakh.
The sleuths had intercepted a passenger from Dubai to Jaipur flight who had been acting suspiciously.
The sleuths asked him to come aside for interrogation and on frisking, the sleuths discovered 12 kg saffron species and foreign cigarettes which are estimated to be over Rs 20 lakh.
The custom officials though said that they are estimating the value of the seized articles.
The custom officials also said that action will be taken according to the value of the seized articles.
