Belagavi: Due to bad weather conditions and poor visibility, the new direct flight form Chennai to Belagavi was delayed by around three hours on Tuesday. It was the first day of its operation.
The SpiceJet flight was scheduled to arrive at 9.05 a.m. but could not land due to poor visibility.
It flew over the city two-three times, but could not descend.
Then, it flew to Bengaluru and returned to Belagavi only at 12.24 p.m.
It took off from here to Bengaluru a few minutes later.
It again returned to Belagavi in the evening and left for Chennai at 7.15 p.m.
