Chennai: GoAir has announced additional flights for the winter schedule effective from November 23. It will operate flights on 22 new routes.
GoAir will strengthen its presence in Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kochi, Kolktata, Lucknow, Nagpur and Patna with the addition of these new flights. The induction of new A320 NEOs will see GoAir's fleet strength touch to 31 aircraft. Most of the routes connect tier II and Tier III cities to metros.
There will be three new daily flights between Chennai and Kochi. Eight additional frequencies on existing routes are also planned.
The airline has announced a special fare starting at Rs 1,212 plus taxes on all new sectors. The booking period will be from November 18 to 21 for the travel period from November 24, 2017 to October 28, 2018.
