Dum Dum: Parking fee booths at the airport have been closed for two days since three attendants were arrested for allegedly heckling and pushing actor-director Koushik Sen and his son Riddhi on Saturday night.
The contractor managing parking facilities at the airport wrote to the authorities on Monday, requesting that the booths be reopened.
"I have forwarded the petition to the police commissioner of Bidhannagar. We don't want loss of revenue for the government," airport director Atul Dixit said.
Sen and his son, who is also an actor, were allegedly targeted when they intervened in an argument between some employees and a doctor over the parking fee.
