New Delhi: Air traffic is increasing at a rapid speed in Delhi airport and it could reach "saturation" point by 2023, the Lok Sabha was warned on Thursday.
The Centre cautioned that in terms of preparation to deal with the challenge, authorities were "racing against time".
Union Civil Aviation Minister Ashok Gajapathi Raju told the lower House of Parliament during Question Hour that International Civil Aviation Organisation studies have revealed that by 2023 Delhi airport could be "saturated.'
