Panaji: Union Minister for Commerce and Industry and Civil Aviation Suresh Prabhu on Saturday said every job at the Mopa Airport will be reserved for the Goans.
Speaking after launching Startup Policy, Schemes and Startup portal of IT Department of Goa Government at Entertainment Society of Goa (ESG) in the city, he said ''Every job at the Mopa Airport is reserved for the Goans. I think the Chief Minister and the minister have made a statement in the assembly. Its part of an agreement. This something which is a reality. Its going to happen.'' Stating efforts were underway to make Mopa International Airport a cargo hub, the minister said the upcoming project would be an employment generator for the youth.
