Chennai: The Airports Authority of India (AAI) has opened airport manager offices on the city-side of domestic and international departure terminals here for the benefit of passengers and visitors.
The manager offices of the international and domestic terminals were earlier inside the terminal buildings and could be accessible only to passengers.
The AAI hopes that the new facilities will reduce public inconvenience and help people meet managers (domestic and international) on duty in case of emergencies -- to enquire about lost and found items or for lodging complaints.
