Agartala: Tripura chief minister Biplab Kumar Deb has urged Union civil aviation minister Suresh Prabhu to ensure continuity of SpiceJet service to Agartala-Kolkata and Kolkata-Agartala routes keeping in mind the rush of passengers.
Based on media reports regarding withdrawal of SpiceJet service from Agartala, Biplab spoke to Prabhu on Friday and explained him about the possible hardships if SpiceJet discontinues its service to Agartala. Herequested Prabhu to enhance flights in Agartala-Kolkata and Kolkata-Agartala routes.
