Ahmedabad: An aircraft of Saudi Airlines going to Dhaka in Bangladesh from Riyadh in Saudi Arabia had to make an emergency landing at Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport, here on Monday night.
The plane landed due to a medical emergency.
Airport Director Manoj Gangal said, "Saudia Airline flight SV804 from Riyadh to Dhaka
requested Ahmedabad ATC for diversion to Ahmedabad as a passenger named Nazir Ahmed Runa, (38) was unconscious.
