Bombay HC dismisses Jet pilots' petition

Mumbai: The Bombay High Court today dismissed a petition filed by pilots of Jet Airways seeking a stay on show-cause notice issued to them by Registrar of Trade Unions.
"The High Court said the petition was premature, since Registrar has only issued a notice to National Aviators Guild (NAG) and not yet given a final order,"said Jet's lawyer Abhay Kulkarni.
Registrar had issued show-cause notice to NAG, as to why its registration - granted by sub-registrar - should not be cancelled because of certain anomalies.
