Denied boarding pass, drunk flyer creates ruckus

Ahmedabad: After noticing that a passenger was heavily drunk and unable to stand properly, IndiGo airlines officials denied him boarding pass for Mumbai-bound flight 6E-214, on Saturday morning. This irked the man, Deepak Keshvani, 40, who started shouting at airline officials, who in turn called in CISF.
Keshvani, however, decided to put up a fight and even got into a mild scuffle with CISF staff while they were taking him towards the exit.
Once outside the departure gate, Keshvani started complaining loudly of chest pain. Bystanders called up 108, but their staff arrived to find Keshvani's blood pressure and pulse to be normal.
"He started howling and shouting that he is having chest pain. People gathered around him. Someone called 108," said a source who had witnessed the scene.
Later, one of his relatives arrived to take him home. The major part of the ruckus took place in the departure area of the domestic terminal in city airport.
