Hyderabad Rajiv Gandhi International Airport Ranked No. 1 by ACI in terms of Service and Quality

Rajiv Gandhi International Airport Ranked No. 1: According to a survey report by ACI (Airports Council International), Hyderabad’s Rajiv Gandhi International Airport stands tall at No. 1 in terms of Service and Quality it provides to all the passengers travelling in and out of the Airport. This is a great achievement by the staff and other people working in the airport to make it clean and give quality service.

Rajiv Gandhi International Airport was built in 2008 and is already considered as one of the major international airports in India. It is recognised as the best and now it also climbed the chart of the best International airports in the whole world in terms of quality and service. There has been a gain in infrastructure and also the management which makes it better for the passengers in Hyderabad.

This survey is conducted by the Airports Council International (ACI) in which over 5-15 million passengers per annum (MPPA) were asked about the Airport Service Quality. The results reflected Hyderabad in the top position with a score of 4.9, earlier in 2009, the score was 4.4 and the astonishing 5 points progress is observed.

The Airports Council International (ACI), headquartered at Montreal, Canada, in its official communication has announced and congratulated GMR Hyderabad International Airport Ltd. (GHIAL) for Rajiv Gandhi International Airport securing the 1st Position in Airport Service Quality (ASQ) passengers survey in the 5-15 million passengers per annum (MPPA) category for the year 2016. The report also said that,”The Montreal (Canada)-based Airports Council International survey in the 5-15 million passengers per annum category shows Hyderabad Airport has steadily improved its score from 4.4 in 2009 to 4.9 in 2016, measured on scale of 1 to 5.”
