Here is good news for frequent flyers of domestic and international routes as leading private airliner Indigo will start Indore-Chennai direct flight from April 5. Starting of this service will not only facilitate direct flight to another metro city in the country but also avail another boarding point for international flight.
Aviation sources told this correspondent that country’s low cost airline Indigo will kick-start its non-stop flight 6E-145 Indore-Chennai from April 5, on the auspicious day of Ram Navmi. According to sources, the 180-seater Airbus-320 with all economy class will depart from Chennai at 5.00 pm and will arrive in city airport at 7.15 pm. From city it will depart at 7.45 pm and will arrive at Chennai airport at 10.00 pm.
