The Airport Express station at New Delhi Railway Station has only one token dispensing counter, regardless of the footfall it gets. Two token vending machines are broken for the past few months. The one that works accepts notes only of certain denominations. It takes about 15 minutes to buy a token. The customer care personnel at the station calmly tell you to go to the vending machine if you complain about having to queue up for long.
