Bhubaneswar: Tension prevailed at Biju Patnaik International airport (BPIA) here after a Delhi bound Air India (AI) flight was cancelled on Sunday.
Reportedly, the Air India flight AI-076 developed some technical glitch on the runway minutes before its take off following which all the passengers on board were asked to deboard as a safety measure.
Following the incident, the aggrieved passengers in the Air India flight created ruckus after they were stranded at the airport.
