Mangalore Airport Becomes Second in Country to Get Twin ISO Certification

Mangalore: The Bajpe Airport has received ISO 14001:2004 certification for its environmental management system.
With this certification, Mangalore Airport stands out to be the first airport in South India to be certified both for Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS). Further, the airport is the second airport in the country to get the twin certifications.
The certificate is valid for three years from March 11, 2006.
