JV cos to design development plans for Delhi, Mumbai airports

New Delhi: The two joint venture companies set up for modernisation of Delhi and Mumbai airports would be entrusted with the task of designing programmes for immediate development of various facilities in the two airports within 100 days.
The companies, set up by private consortia led by GMR and GVK groups and Airports Authority of India (AAI), would hold their first meeting here today after having signed the OMDAs (Operations, Maintenance and Development Agreement) and the shareholders agreements on April 4.
