Bangalore-London linked by one more flight

New Delhi: Catering to heightened demands on the sector, British Airways on Thursday introduced an additional flight between Bangalore and London, taking the total number of services from the Karnataka capital to six.
The premier airline had launched the Bangalore service on October 31 last year and due to the "huge demand" it decided to advance its plans to add more frequencies out of the city, British Airways Commercial Manager Alok Sawhney said in a statement.
It currently operates 42 flights each week to five cities in India, including double dailies from Delhi and Mumbai.
