"The were treated like dogs"

Mumbai: As the 12 men arrested by the Dutch authorities were released, some of the passengers who were on the original Northwest flight landed in Mumbai on Thursday.
With regard to the 12 men who were detained, the passengers say that it will be a day of shame.
"Out of the 12 people, who were detained, one of them was a Dutch national who reportedly misbehaved. According to him, he and 11 other suspects were treated like dogs," said Antunius Slotboom, Passenger.
With regard to the treatment of the men, the passengers suggested that they were treated rather badly.
"They were treated like dogs. The way they got arrested inside the plane with everyone seeing how they got treated, I thought it was inhuman," said a passenger.
"They did not hit them but they pushed them. But they let them surely feel that they have no power. The passengers were not allowed to even look back. They were all told to look in front," recalled another.
