Amadeus has signed an agreement with Valuair to expand the airline’s distribution network worldwide.
With this agreement, Valuair joins its sister airline, Jetstar Asia, in providing its fares and inventory for booking and sale to over 78,000 travel agents on the Amadeus system.
Valuair and Jetstar Asia operate an extensive route network covering Cambodia, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Myanmar, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and the Philippines.
Last year, Valuair merged with Jetstar Asia, the regional offshoot of the Jetstar brand, which was launched by Qantas as a low cost airline in the Australian domestic market.
