Ambani's at 'cliff-hangar'

The Ambani brothers are locked in another legal tussle. This one, strangely, is concerning a piece of land at the Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport in Sahar.
The dispute is between Anil Ambani?s Reliance Transport and Travels Pvt. Ltd. (RTTL) and Mukesh Ambani?s Reliance Industries Limited (RIL). Until the demerger of the powerful Reliance Group of Industries in 2005, RTTL was part of RIL, but now it is a separate identity.
However, the Airports Authority of India (AAI) does not recognise RTTL as being a separate identity when it comes to the allotment of 2,701 square metres of land at the airport meant for the construction of an aircraft hangar. The AAI recognises RIL as the original and authorised claimant of the land.
A letter sent to RTTL in July by Airport Director R. J. Treasurywala says that while RIL spent crores of rupees on the project, RTTL has never been in communication with the authorities,
and the two companies should resolve the dispute among themselves.
