Alteon to supply flight simulators to Air India

Alteon Training, a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Boeing Company has signed an agreement to supply a Boeing 737 Next-Generation flight simulator to Air India’s flight training center in Mumbai. The simulator is scheduled to be installed and certified by the end of January 2007. Alteon is also scheduled to deliver a Boeing 777 simulator in November 2007.
These simulator deliveries are in addition to a previously announced 787 simulator delivery scheduled to arrive at the training center in 2008 as part of Alteon’s 787 global training network strategies.
Air India Express, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Air India, will receive 18 Next-Generation 737-800s.
