Air India Express considers ordering 737-800 planes

Singapore: Air India Express, the low cost offshoot of Air India , may order more Boeing 737-800 planes, its chief operating officer T.P. Singh said Wednesday.
"We have bought 18 Boeing 737-800s with deliveries starting in November 2006. We are considering a further purchase of 737-800s and the numbers are being assessed by the management," he told Dow Jones Newswires at an aviation conference in Singapore. "It's not going to be small order."
