American Airlines to launch India-specific portal

New Delhi: Registering a high passenger turnout flying its Delhi-Chicago non-stop flight launch over the past one year, American Airlines has decided to come up with an official website especially catering to the growing Indian US-bound market.
Talking to Express TravelWorld, Dan Langford, its managing director (Customer Service), Europe and Asia says, "We are about to launch the India website version in a few months for the convenience of Indian passengers." The site - - will be custom-made in order to benefit not only customers but even travel agents and prospective target audience. This will entail information specific to the Indian needs. "There has been significant growth in the Indian sky market and service standard need to be supreme. The new website will justify our confidence in this market as another extension of our services," he adds.
