Jet introduces Interactive Voice Response service

New Delhi: Jet Airways on Tuesday launched an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) based payment and ticketing service.
The service will allow customers to complete their reservation with their credit cards through a secure gateway and instantly receive their e-tickets via email, subject to certain terms and conditions, the company said in a statement.
It has been launched through the call centres of the airline, wherein customers can book and pay for their e-tickets over an exclusively customised and secure IVR system, it added.
In the first phase, the rupee and dollar equivalent fares can be booked and ticketed through the new system.
