Talking at take-off gets duo grounded

Two passengers on GoAir Flight 153 have been taken to task for misbehaving whilst on board the plane.
A non-cognizable offence has been registered against Vishal Kashyap, 26, and Shankar Ganesh, 24, on Friday for using their cellphones on board GoAir Flight 153 from Delhi to Mumbai.
“These two were using cell phones while the plane was taxiing down the runway while preparing for take-off on Thursday evening. The crew requested them to switch off their cell phones. However, their repeated requests were ignored, and the duo started abusing the crew,” said a GoAir spokesperson.
The captain informed the Air Traffic Control in Mumbai. When the plane landed in Mumbai, a Central Industrial Security Force official and the airport manager took charge and took the passengers to the police station,” added the spokesperson.
Sources at the police station said, “An NC was filed against them by GoAir.The passengers were let off after the warning.”
