Global Vectra Helicorp appoints Allan Brown as CEO

Mumbai-headquartered Global Vectra Helicorp Limited (GVHL) (BSE Code 532773; NSE Code GLOBALVECT), India’s largest oil and gas offshore air logistics helicopter company recently appointed Mr. Allan Brown as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). He will be based in Mumbai where GVHL has its head office. Allan will report directly to Lt. Gen. SJS Saighal who is Chairman of the Board.
Allan Brown has more than four decades of experience in the aviation industry and has worked at almost all levels in the aviation industry. He started his career as aircraft engineer in 1964 and subsequently in 1978 joined Bristow Helicopters Ltd as an Avionics Design Engineer and finally retired from their service as Commercial Director responsible for all international operations. In his long career with Bristow he was assigned key positions in the Group associated with major technical and commercial projects, and in 1994 he was appointed Director – Commercial and Technical Services and Director of FB Heliservices Ltd where he was founder director.
