IAM new GSSA for Jet Airways

Jet Airways of India has appointed IAM as its cargo GSSA for Ireland, with immediate effect.
“Traffic from the UK has been buoyant since we began operations, but the contribution of Ireland will be a valuable complement, particularly when we take delivery of larger B777 aircraft in April,” commented Finlay McArthur, Jet Airways cargo manager UK and Ireland.
IAM’s managing director Ian McCool added: “Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore will be the main focus of our efforts, and we will particularly target exporters in the hi-tech, medical, pharmaceutical, chemical, foodstuffs and engineering equipment sectors.”
IAM will connect Jet Airways’ London Heathrow departures, using its sister company ITC’s nightly express road feeders from Dublin, Shannon and Cork.
