Chennai: Over 130 passengers bound for Bangalore were stranded on Wednesday night at Chennai domestic airport for over four hours following postponement of Air Deccan's flight 647.
"I am a senior citizen of 68 years and I have paid a full fare. My wife is 64 years old. We are being treated badly by the staff," said Salat, a passenger.
According to him, the staff first announced that the flight would leave at 11.30 p.m., but it was again postponed to 1.00 a.m. "The airline staff is shifting the responsibility from one to another," he told The Hindu .
A customer service of Air Deccan said the flight had been delayed due to technical problems.
