Duo falls ill in Alliance Air flight

Kolkata: Two Agartala-bound passengers, one of them 13 years old, fell ill on Tuesday after Alliance Air attempted to fly them in an aircraft that lacked air-conditioning.
The two had to be wheeled off the aircraft and put on oxygen support. Both were hospitalised and one of them has been put in intensive care. The 44 passengers spent 15 minutes in an aircraft without air circulation before the captain turned the aircraft back from the runway.
