GoAir, an aviation foray of the Wadia Group, has tied up with International Management Film Festival (IMFF) to organise a festival of management films in Delhi in October - the first such in the country. The idea behind the collaboration is to explore the art, science and spirit of creativity at work. The festival concept is based on the participatory approach in conceptualising, developing and disseminating films.
Apart from learning theories in vogue today, the IMFF, an international non-profit organisation formed to share knowledge through management films, fulfils the objective of promoting learning through active interaction.
As part of the initiative, GoAir will organise various in-flight contests on all its Delhi in-bound flights from Sep 28 onwards.
