Kingfisher begins service in new sector

Nedumbassery: Kingfisher Airlines has commenced its operation in a new sector connecting all the three airports in Kerala.
The new schedule commenced with effect from September 24. The airline is using ATR type, 66-seater aircraft.
With the introduction of the new schedule, Kochi will be well-connected to all airports in the state and this will be the first regular flight connecting Kochi with Mangalore.
Connecting Cochin International Airport with other nearby airports will make Kochi an air-hub in the southern region and passengers from the southern and northern region can have easy access to major destinations in the world. Connection to Mangalore will be of great help to the pilgrims undertaking trips to Mookambika temple, and the connection to Goa will definitely boost the tourism potential.
