Jagson allot 9.5 mn shares on warrants conversion

Jagson Airlines said on Monday that it allotted 9,521,780 equity shares of Rs 10 each to Jagson International.
The aforesaid shares were allotted on conversion of share warrants of Rs 10 each issued at Rs 20.11 a share warrant to Jagson International.
The company said that the above mentioned shares shall rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the company.
Shares of the company gained Rs 0.85, or 3.27%, to trade at Rs 26.85. The total volume of shares traded was 62,696 at the BSE. (1.41 p.m, Monday).
