GoAir files FIR against abusive passenger

As a warning to passengers that they cannot go scot-free after abusing the employees aboard the airplane, GoAir, a domestic low-cost carrier got an FIR registered against one of its passenger for allegedly molesting two of its female cabin crew members.
“We wish to reiterate that GoAir has a zero tolerance policy towards passengers who misbehave with our employees,” says Freddy Castro, corporate communications official for GoAir. “Any passenger misbehaving, abusing or man-handling any of our employees will be dealt with strictly,” he says.
On Thursday, January 17, two female crew members of GoAir Mumbai-Jaipur flight G8-111 alleged that they had been abused by a passenger, Ved Prakash, on board.
After Prakash entered the flight, he touched the chest of a lady manager. Stunned, the manager asked one of her male colleagues to assist him. Prakash was escorted to his seat. But when another air-hostess approached him, he patted her bottom. After the ladies complained, he was removed from the flight and handed over to the Central Industrial Security Force.
