IA flight carrying Hajj pilgrims returns to Delhi

Srinagar: Bad weather condition forced an Indian Airlines flight carrying Hajj pilgrims to return to New Delhi, after it failed to land at Srinagar Airport, here today.
Official sources told News Agency of Kashmir that one of the flights carrying Hajjies from Jeddah to Srinagar failed to land at the airport today due to poor visibility and heavy rains.
Sources said that the flight had to return to New Delhi, where the pilgrims have been accommodated in a hotel.
An official spokesman said that the pilgrims would now return to Srinagar through a special flight from New Delhi to Srinagar on Monday.
