Man loses Rs 73,000 in fraud

Ahmedabad:In the second incident of credit card misuse in eastern part of the city, a businessman's card was used to buy airline tickets worth Rs 73,000.
But due to timely intervention, he could get the names of the traveller and the agent. Shahibaug police have started probing the matter.
According to Shahibaug police, Surendrapal Chawla, resident of Nandanbaug Society, Shahibaug got a message on his mobile phone for online purchase on Sunday. On inquiry, he was informed that two tickets of Air Deccan had been booked from Mumbai to Bangalore on Sunday. "The travelling date was Monday. He informed us on Monday," said DG Chaudhary, inspector of Shahibaug police
