New flights to the Indian city of Hyderabad - in the country's central region - are set to start from this autumn with British Airways.
From October 27th 2008 BA will fly five times per week to the city, India's sixth largest, which is the capital of the state of Andhra Pradesh.
The route will depart from London Heathrow and is the airline's sixth to India, along with services to the cities of Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Kolkata and Mumbai.
"India is our largest market outside North America and, with the Hyderabad route, we will fly there 48 times each week," commented Robert Boyle, British Airways' commercial director.
