New Delhi: Air India Saturday launched new flights to connect national capital Delhi with Jabalpur in Madhya Pradesh four times a week.
Air India officials said the new flight would operate Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday of the week and will include a 20-minute stopover at Gwalior.
In order to attract passengers to these destinations, the airline has offered an attractive inaugural fare of Rs.3,500, including taxes. The airline will use the turboprop ATR-42 aircraft on this route.
The latest announcement comes a day after the airline introduced new flights to Rajasthan connecting Jaipur, Jodhpur and Udaipur six times a week. Senior officials said that the airline would fly to more towns that have not been covered till now.
